Kofi Berantuo
Chief Financial Officer
An executive with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, as well as over seven years in the clean energy space, Kofi Berantuo has held CFO, Vice President, and Controller roles. His proven ability to recruit and mentor high performing staff has been an asset to Infiniti Energy.
Mr. Berantuo’s experience includes accounting, financial planning and analysis, including documentation for SEC filings as well as treasury management. He has extensive expertise in financial modeling and has been involved in several equity and debt capital fund raises. Kofi also bears an in-depth understanding of clean energy finance, including expertise with the Department of Energy loan guarantee program working at NRG Energy. Prior to joining Infiniti Energy, Kofi was the CFO of Whim and also worked in the corporate financial group at both JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
Kofi holds an MBA in Accounting from Lubin School of Business at Pace University, New York, NY as well as a bachelor’s in computer science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Kofi is also a certified public accountant. In addition to his love of all things finance, Kofi enjoys soccer, travel, and good music.
