Luke Childs

Luke Childs, co-founder of Infiniti Energy, provides extensive and comprehensive experience in PV power to Infiniti’s clients, second to none in the industry. Luke’s background spans project engineering, development, management, and operations and includes the design and development of over 50 solar farms and more than 200 rooftop, canopy, and ground mount systems. As Infiniti Energy’s solar expert, Luke specializes in development phase through the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) stages of our projects.

Before Infiniti Energy, Luke spent more than ten years as the East Coast Project Engineer for the world’s largest renewable energy company, SunEdison. As such, Luke led an engineering team on project feasibility, design, and engineering support for each East Coast project undertaken by SunEdison. Luke’s clients ranged from municipal power providers to secondary schools and colleges as well as top retailers such as AT&T, Kohl’s, Lord & Taylor, Macy ’s, Staples, Walgreens, and Walmart.

Luke graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree.
